Handcrafted oregano selections
Cultivated from heirloom Mediterranean seeds and hardened in the crisp microclimate of Twatt, Scotland. Discover our artisanal single-origin cuts and master culinary blends.
Our flagship harvests
Each small-batch harvest balances time-honoured Greek botanic lineage with the slow-growing resilience of northern soil. Carefully dried and graded for distinguished domestic kitchens and fine dining establishments.
Highland Peloponnese
A heritage Origanum vulgare cut. High thymol concentrations derived from rocky soils produce an earthy, sharp bite suited for slow-roasted lamb, braised roots, and hearty stocks.
Twatt maritime reserve
Slowly matured in the brisk coastal air of Orkney's Twatt settlement. This unique sub-polar adaptation yields an intensely aromatic, resinous profile ideal for dressings and seafood.
Estate grand cru
Our pinnacle reserve blend, hand-rubbed and stem-sifted. Features an exquisite floral complexity designed to finish fresh sourdough focaccia, burrata, and prime cuts tableside.
From the Aegean to Orkney
Following the 2008 Greek financial crash, our family safeguarded generational rootstocks, replanting them in the northern settlement of Twatt. The severe northern climate concentrates essential oils, resulting in unprecedented herbal depth.
Artisanal curing process
Our harvest undergoes a non-mechanised dehydration cycle within purpose-built stone rooms in Twatt. By controlling temperature and northern sea-draft exposure, we retain intact terpene profiles and avoid the bitterness caused by industrial drying methods.
Bespoke culinary supply
We supply selective private kitchens, boutique charcuteries, and culinary institutions across the United Kingdom. Every batch arrives sealed in airtight, UV-shielded amber apothecary jars to guarantee freshness.
